I participate in Race to Nowhere because it gives us a chance to advance the goals of the MSAC.
The MSAC helps me improve my mental, physical, social, and emotional skills. Besides lunch, my favorite activity at the MSAC is physical therapy. I do the arm bike or MOTOmed! As most of you know, I've been participating in this program for a number of years and it continues to be a very important source of my general well-being. Your support is very much appreciated!
We're celebrating 25 years of Race to Nowhere! This stationary bike race raises funds for a unique wellness program that provides resources for people with progressed MS. Your gift helps them find connection and support as they face the challenges of a disease that takes so much from them.
