It's time for the annual Race to Nowhere which benefits my MS Achievement Center at the KU Medical Center. I attend every Monday for 5 hours. 100% of the donations go to the wonderful staff and programs at the MSAC including physical and occupational therapy, cognitive and brain balance activities, group therapy, etc. I love the learning, sharing, connecting, and friendships through this program. Please support me and help with the continuation of this fabulous opportunity!
We're celebrating 25 years of Race to Nowhere! This stationary bike race raises funds for a unique wellness program that provides resources for people with progressed MS.
