I helped to start the MSAC in 1997, when we opened our doors to serve 6 people one day a week. From there, we have grown to serve many people- currently over 50 participants a week!  It is a place for people with more progressed MS to come and exercise and learn about MS and each other, as they work toward optimize their independence and ability to function in the wider world.  

I ride to help the organization continue its mission- it's the only time I get on an exercise bike in the whole year. Please ride with me or donate to our cause!
