136 days ago, I turned 50!To honor this milestone, I made a pledge to celebrate 50 different ways with friends and family and to give back to the community in 50 different ways over the course of the next 365 days.

One of the ways I'm giving back is by participating for the first time in The Friends of the MS Achievement Center's Race to Nowhere on Saturday, March 28th. I'll be riding for 30 minutes in honor of friends and clients who live with MS, and I'm hoping you'll be one of the 50+ friends and family members who will support this effort in the ongoing celebration of my 50th birthday.
